Recently, there were reports that Sonam Kapoor is set to star in the adaptation of Anuja Chauhan's novel 'The Zoya Factor'.

 

And, now the actress has confirmed that she is going to act in the movie based on Anuja Chauhan's book.

 

The National-award winning actress took to Twitter and announced the news by tweeting, "Super excited to work with amazing sister duo @aartims and @Pooja__Shetty with brilliant #abhisheksharma on @anujachauhan 's Zoya factor."

 
 

It should be noted that, ' The Zoya Factor' is a story about an advertising professional who turns to be a lucky charm for the cricket team.

 

She eventually falls for the captain of the team and helps him in motivating for the World Cup.

 

The 30-year-old actor, who has a slew of interesting projects like Sanjay Dutt biopic, ' Padman' and ' Veerey Di Wedding', also revealed that she has bought the rights to a mythological novel ' Govinda'.
