SRK makes his own luck: Hrithik

  • SRK makes his own luck: Hrithik
Actor Hrithik Roshan, who has worked with Shah Rukh Khan in films like “Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham...” and “Don 2”, has praised the Bollywood superstar's latest release “Dilwale” saying that it is “flying high”. He says Shah Rukh is known for making his own luck in the entertainment industry.

Directed by Rohit Shettty, “Dilwale”, which also stars Kajol, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon, released on Friday. The film collected Rs.21 crore on its opening day.

Hrithik took to Twitter on Sunday to express his feelings about the film.

“It's a bird. It's a plane. No it's 'Dilwale', flying high! To the man who makes his own luck @iamsrk and team - blockbuster time! Save the last dance for me,” the “Bang Bang!” actor tweeted.

Hrithik, who is the son of actor-filmmaker Rakesh Roshan, also worked as an assistant director to his father in Shah Rukh's films like “King Uncle”, “Karan Arjun” and “Koyla”.

The "Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai" star also had good words for Ranveer Singh's "Bajirao Mastani", which clashed with "Dilwale" on Friday at the box office.

"He used to be my fan. Now I am his @RanveerOfficial. We shall make sure the cycle continues with every film of ours. Take a bow. Two words - humbled and inspired. Congrats my friends, you all are giants! @deepikapadukone @priyankachopra Bhansali, @RanveerOfficial and team," Hrithik tweeted earlier this week.

Hrithik will be next seen on the big screen in filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker's “Mohenjo Daro”.
