Superstar Rajinikanth Absolutely Fine

    Megastar Rajinikanth is fine and vacationing in the US, said a source close to the actor amid rumours that he is not well.
     
    His publicist has clarified that Rajinikanth is well health-wise.
     
    "Rajinikanth sir is absolutely fine. He is vacationing in the US and is expected is return soon. Due to rigorous shooting schedule, doctors had advised him to take a break. Hence, he decided to go on a holiday," the publicist told IANS.
     
    Some reports also suggested that Rajinikanth is undergoing kidney-related treatment in California.
     
    "He had undergone full medical check up in Chennai before he left for the US," the publicist clarified.
     
    From the first week of July, the 65-year old is expected to join the sets of Tamil actioner "2.o".
     
    Rajinikanth's "Kabali", in which he plays an ageing gangster, is slated for release on February 15.
