  • Uday Chopra, Gaurav Gera 'not Going' To 'Bigg Boss 9'
Actor-producer Uday Chopra and "Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin" fame Gaurav Gera love the Salman Khan-hosted "Bigg Boss", but have denied that they will be joining it as contestants in the reality show's new season.

"Bigg Boss", the Indian version of international popular reality show "Celebrity Big Brother", is set to launch its new season. But Uday and Gaurav won't participate in it.

"Just to clarify. I'm not going on Bigg Boss. It's a great show but I'm not the right person for this. Hell, no PS4, I'll die," Uday tweeted on Thursday.

The son of legendary filmmaker Yash Chopra, Uday has been seen in the "Dhoom" franchise of his home banner Yash Raj Films, and is currently looking after the Hollywood wing of the production house, YRF Entertainment.

Meanwhile, Gaurav, who has been adding to his popularity with digital gags, involving characters like Shopkeepah, Chhutki and Suyash via YouTube and Instagram, shared that he was approached for the celebrity reality show.

"Yes, I was approached for the show, but I am not going for it. I am a fan of the show... I love to only watch it," Gaurav told IANS.

A number of star contestants live in a purpose-built house, isolated from the rest of the world, under 24-hour multi-camera surveillance.
