Varun Dhawan's special performance on 'Dance +' premiere

Darpan News Desk IANS, 08 Jul, 2015 01:07 PM
  • Varun Dhawan's special performance on 'Dance +' premiere
After showcasing his power-packed dancing skills in Remo D'Souza's “ABCD 2”, actor Varun Dhawan will give a special performance in the premiere episode of the choreographer-filmmaker's upcoming dance reality show “Dance +”.

The show, which will be aired on Star Plus, will see dancers Shakti Mohan, Dharmesh Yelande and Sumeet Nagdev playing mentor to the contestants. Remo will play the ‘maha judge’.

According to a source, Varun, who looks up to Remo owing to their dance connect, agreed on his request to appear as a special guest on “Dance +”. The actor will be seen making an appearance along with Remo and the mentors to kickstart the maiden season of the show.

“Not only this, Varun will also be doing a special performance on some of Remo’s songs. Remo was really keen on having Varun and since they’ve just delivered a hit, it was really sweet of Varun to agree to come on the show," the source said in a statement.

“Dance +”, slated to start in July end, will witness solo, couple and group performances choreographed by the three mentors for their respective teams.
