  • Vivek Oberoi Accidentally Promotes Salman Khan's 'Bharat'; Realises Mistake, Deletes Hashtag

Prime Minister Narendra Modi witnessed a number of bigwigs of B-town at the oath taking ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Thursday. And amongst them was Vivek Oberoi, who recently was seen in PM Modi’s biopic.

To share his excitement, Vivek took to his Twitter and wrote: "Honoured to be invited again to the swearing in ceremony. I’m watching @narendramodi bhai taking his oath for the 3rd time on his journey from CM Gujarat to PM of #Bharat once again! Feeling like a small part of an incredible history #ModiSarkar2 #NamoAgain #ModiSwearingIn".

Little did Vivek know that he was promoting Salman Khan’s upcoming film ‘Bharat’, as he used hashtag #Bharat. For the unversed, when #Bharat is used, we can only view Salman's Twitter emoji beside it.

However, the actor deleted the post, after this was brought to his attention.

He reposted the same without using the hashtag.

The actor has become the talk of the town with his last film ‘PM Modi biopic’. He was also involved in a controversy after he shared a meme comparing the exit polls to his ex-flame Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's relationship from past to present.

Soon he deleted the post and apologised for his actions.
