Darpan News Desk IANS, 05 Feb, 2019 10:03 PM

Sisters Asees Kaur, Deedar Kaur and Prabhjee Kaur have come up with a wedding mashup.

The mashup, which is a blend of popular wedding songs like "Madhaniya", "Chidiyan da chamba", "Laung gawacha" and "Mehendi", has been sung by Asees and Deedar. The music video, released by Zee Music Company, has been directed by Prabhjee.

Asees, known for chartbusters like "Chogada" and "Akh lad jaave", said in a statement: "We have been planning this for sometime. It's a project that we are very passionate about. The track is very energetic and peppy.

"It was Deedar's idea to come up with a collaboration. She is the mastermind behind it and we just loved the idea and came on board."

Prabhjee had a great time working with her sisters. "I have directed music videos before, but working with family was fun and exciting. This is the first of many tracks that people will hear from the Kaur sisters," she added.
