  • WATCH: Milind Soman’s 78-Year-Old Mother Does A Plank For 80 Seconds Wearing A Sari

Milind Soman has uploaded a video on Instagram where his 78-year-old mother, Usha Soman, is shown doing a plank for 1 minute 20 seconds, while dressed in a sari.

“1min 20sec plank for Mother’s day! Not her personal best but good all the same,” said Milind Soman in his post which he shared on Instagram. One of the hashtags in the post said #Nextispushups, which probably hints that her next video would have her doing push ups.

The video has currently got over 32,000 views, over 10,800 likes and lots of comments. The video is inspiring, to say the least. Last year it was a video of Soman’s mother running a marathon barefoot along with her son that had set social media ablaze.
