Would Like To Do Something On TV: Shamita Shetty

    Actress Shamita Shetty, who has been part of reality shows like "Bigg Boss 3" and "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa", says she is keen to do something on the small screen.
     
    Asked if she would like to explore more on the medium, Shamita told IANS here: "I would definitely like to. It's such a great medium to be part of today. People are coming up with some really new stuff and I would like to do something on television."
     
    The 38-year-old actress says she is waiting for some good work.
     
    "I am waiting for some good work to come my way -- whether it's TV or films... As long as it catches my interest, I will take it," she said.
     
    Shamita forayed into Hindi filmdom with superstar Shah Rukh Khan starrer "Mohabbatein", which was directed by Aditya Chopra. She also found success as an actress with her first solo hit "Zeher".
     
    She was last seen on the silver screen in 2007 in the film "Cash".
