Adam Sandler's Set To Do A Halloween Flick

Darpan News Desk IANS, 23 Jul, 2019 08:34 PM

Actor Adam Sandler is set to spread some chills with his yet-untitled Halloween movie for Netflix.

Sandler will be writing the film along with Tim Herlihy, with directing duties going to Steve Brill.

The film will also feature Kevin James, Julie Bowen, Maya Rudolph, Ray Liotta, Steve Buscemi, Rob Schneider, Michael Chiklis, Kenan Thompson, Paris Berelc, Tim Meadows, Colin Quinn, June Squibb, Shaquille O'Neal, Karan Brar, Noah Schnapp, Mikey Day, Melissa Villaseñor, Kym Whitley, Lavell Crawford, Betsy Sodaro, George Wallace and Blake Clark.

The plot follows the life of Hubie Dubois who, despite his devotion to his hometown of Salem, Massachusetts, and its legendary Halloween celebrations, is a figure of mockery for kids and adults alike. When something goes seriously wrong, Hubie takes the responsibility of saving Halloween.

No release date has been announced for the project yet.

Most recently, Sandler was seen in the Netflix film, "Murder Mystery", with Jennifer Aniston.
