Singer Adele was blown away by a fan's incredible vocals after unknowingly inviting the Grammy Award-winning singer on stage.

The "Hello" hitmaker got the shock of her life as she chose a concert-goer from among the crowd at her latest gig at the Staples Centre, here on Tuesday night to join her onstage. She happened to pick Grammy nominated performer Jamie Grace, reports mirror.co.uk.

Asking her to help out with vocals for "Remedy" and "I can't help falling in love with you", the London born singer was completely blown away by the voice of the Christian singer she was greeted by.

The singer-songwriter from Atlanta was nominated for a Grammy for best contemporary Christian song, "Hold me", in 2012.

A clearly impressed Adele stood by the singer as she took hold of the mic. She lauded her performance and gave her a hug.
