  • Britney Spears sparks photoshop debate
Singer Britney Spears has sparked photoshop debate as trim figure and bizarre nose make her unrecognisable on a magazine cover.

The 33-year-old, who has recently featured on the cover of Women's Health magazine, is almost unrecognisable in the shot which sees her wearing a bikini and blazer showing off an incredibly trim and blemish-free body, reports mirror.co.uk.

Her face appears to have been altered somewhat particularly her nose which seems to have been trimmed in size.

The new look has led to her fans comparing her to supermodel Heidi Klum.

One of the Instagram users wrote: "Wow! You look gorgeous Heidi Klum!".

Another user simply mocked "bad photoshop".

And a further one said: "This is supposed to be Britney!!!"

However, in the magazine Spears has revealed her healthy regime - suggesting her look is because she works out.
