Charlie Sheen Calls Ex-Fiancee An Extortionist

Darpan News Desk IANS, 08 Dec, 2015 10:43 AM
Actor Charlie Sheen, who publicly revealed his HIV-positive status, claims that his ex-fiancee Brett Rossi's lawsuit against him is "a case by an extortionist".

In new court documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, and obtained by US Weekly on Monday, the 50-year-old actor asked for the dismissal of her lawsuit as he claimed that it was motivated by money, reports aceshowbiz.com.

Sheen claimed that "this is a case by an extortionist, Scottine Ross aka Brett Rossi ... who gets paid for sex as a prostitute and a porn star".

"Nearly a year into their relationship, Rossi revealed her true self: A woman motivated by greed and consumed with jealously," he said.

Furthermore, the documents claimed that Rossi "attempted to extort millions of dollars by disclosing Sheen's medical condition even though she had signed a confidentiality agreement".

Sheen said that Rossi was aware that he's HIV-positive before they engaged in sexual acts.

The actor also claimed that Rossi had several partners when they were in a relationship and, given her occupation "as a porn star", she had "hundreds, if not thousands, of sexual partners" exposing her to sexually transmitted diseases.

"Rossi is banking on the fact that Sheen will pay her millions of dollars to avoid the negative publicity surrounding this action," Charlie and his team alleged in the documents.

Later on, the actor argued that Rossi wanted "revenge" and tried to "punish Sheen for breaking off their engagement... and cutting her off financially".

Sheen also denied forcing his ex-fiancee to have an abortion.

"He never kicked, choked, dragged, shook, or struck Rossi, and he never threatened to kill her or forced her to have an abortion, as she wildly alleges," the documents stated.

"In fact, Rossi told Sheen that she was taking birth control pills during the entire course of their relationship."

He also claimed that Brett was the one who would "become belligerent and even violent with Sheen when she did not get her way".

Rossi is suing Sheen for assault and battery, emotional distress, false imprisonment, and negligence. The duo got engaged in February 2014 and split a few months later in October.
