Actress Charlize Theron and her boyfriend Sean Penn are seemingly taking their relationship to the next level. The duo was spotted house hunting here.
Theron, 39, and Penn, 54, were captured leaving a property in the affluent neighbourhood here Thursday while accompanied by a male guide, reports dailymail.co.uk.
Theron donned a light grey sweater, a pair of black leggings and white sneakers. She wore minimum make-up and her hair was tied in loose ponytail.
Meanwhile, Penn wore a bomber jacket over a dark-grey t-shirt, black pants and brown shoes.
The two have been dating each other since 2013.
