Coldplay singer Chris Martin has finally signed the divorce papers that actress Gwyneth Paltrow filed.
According to The Sun newspaper, Martin has put his signature on the divorce papers which were filed by his estranged wife in April last year, reports aceshowbiz.com.
The 39-year-old vocalist and the 43-year-old actress have reportedly agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of their children Apple and Moses. They are also expected to split their assets evenly as part of their amicable separation.
"Chris has now signed the divorce papers. There was no underlying reason why he had left them for so long and he was planning to do it eventually," a source said.
"There is no bad blood between him and Gwyneth and they remain very close. As ever, their number one priority is their kids," the source added.
Paltrow announced her "conscious uncoupling" with Martin in 2014 after ten years of marriage.
