Actress Drew Barrymore is said to be discussing a talk show development deal with Warner Bros and popular TV host Ellen DeGeneres’s A Very Good Production banner.
 
According to sources, there is no deal in place for Barrymore on the talk show front yet, but the conversations have been ongoing. If a deal is made, DeGeneres would be an executive producer on the project, reports variety.com.
 
Barrymore, meanwhile, will be the narrator of the upcoming unscripted series “First Dates”, which is made from from DeGeneres’s banner. The show trains cameras on couples who are going on first dates at the same Chicago restaurant.
 
On the acting front, Barrymore is gearing up for a starring role in upcoming comedy “Santa Clarita Diet,” in which she will star opposite Timothy Olyphant.
