Darpan News Desk IANS, 27 Jun, 2016 11:52 AM
Actor Jay Bhanushali has been confirmed as the co-host of the upcoming children's singing reality show “The Voice India Kids”.

Jay will host the show along with singer-comedienne Sugandha Mishra.

After the success of “The Voice India” -- the Indian edition of the internationally acclaimed reality format “The Voice” -- the makers are coming up with “The Voice India Kids”, which will offer youngsters between the age group of 6 to 14 years a chance to showcase their singing talent on a national platform.

“I have watched the earlier season of 'The Voice India' and have enjoyed it a lot. I had liked each and everything about the show and when the second season was offered to me which is a kids season, there was no reason for me to deny the show. Hence I am finally hosting it,” Jay said in a statement.

Singers Neeti Mohan, Shaan and Shekhar Ravjiani will be seen as coaches on the show, which will be aired on &TV.

Jay has earlier showcased his anchoring skills in shows like "Dance India Dance" and "Dil Se Naachein Indiawaale".
