Actress Jennifer Lawrence has reportedly forked out over $7 million on a new house here.

"The Hunger Games” star's five-bedroom house boasts a home gym and gourmet kitchen, reports eonline.com.

The house also has a sizeable swimming pool and a stone courtyard which leads to a pond.
