  • Kanye West Was Almost 'Blown To Bits' On Minefield?
Rapper Kanye West was reportedly almost "blown to bits" while hiking on an "abandoned military minefield" in Hawaii with his trainer Harley Pasternak.

The 37-year-old rapper's trainer and close friend Pasternak claims they narrowly escaped death after wandering into a dangerous area during one of their outdoor workouts in Hawaii a few years ago, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

The duo were "nearly blown to bits in an abandoned military minefield" but "luckily saw warning signs for explosives and navigated their way back to safety," according to billboard.com.

Meanwhile, Kanye's wife Kim Kardashian West's personal trainer Gunnar Peterson claims the "New slaves" hitmaker "is single-handedly keeping the floral industry alive as he is always buying her bouquets".

The couple, who have 23-month-old daughter North, celebrated their first wedding anniversary on May 24 and are said to be happier than ever.

An insider said: "Kim calms Kanye down when he needs it and Kanye gives Kim confidence and helps guide her in the right way, especially with business decisions. It's a loving partnership.

"They love spending as much time as they can at home as a family. they genuinely get along so well."
