The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star watched her step carefully after she almost fell. While shopping in Beverly Hills, Kim flaunted her tiny baby bump in a tight grey sleeveless dress. She completed her look with a necklace and big sunglasses.
Before announcing her second pregnancy, Kim opened up that she was worried about her looks. "Just with my weight. I cannot leave the house without Spanx," she admitted.
