Reality TV star Kim Kardashian West is pregnant with her second child with husband Kanye West.
Kim made the revelation about her second pregnancy in the teaser following Sunday's mid-season finale of her reality TV show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians", reports eonline.com.
The clip shows Kim hearing the exciting news during a doctor's appointment shortly before announcing the news to her sister Khloé Kardashian.
"I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant," Kim, who is seen beaming ear-to-ear, exclaims to her stunned sister.
Kim, who has 23-month-old daughter North with Kanye, has made no secret of the fact that she has been eager to grow her family of three despite her difficult first pregnancy, and she's documented on the reality series how hard it's been to get pregnant again.
