Reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian shared a photograph of herself posing seductively on the kitchen counter with breast pumps on after celebrating her birthday here.
Kourtney shared the photograph on image-sharing website Instagram herself.
"What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas," she captioned the image, reports aceshowbiz.com.
Kourtney gave birth to son Reign Aston, her third child with partner Scott Disick, in December last year. The baby boy joined brother Mason and sister Penelope.
Last month, the mother of three also shared a photograph of herself using breast pumps.
Turning 36 on Saturday, Kourtney had a celebration with Scott and a group of friends in Las Vegas. She shared some images from the affair on her image-sharing website Instagram, two of which showed her posing with female friends on the dance floor.
