Reality TV star Kylie Jenner has reportedly purchased a $2.7 million mansion in The Oaks neighbourhood of Calabasas.
According to a source, the 17-year-old will move into her new residence in August. Her mother Kris Jenner is helping her with the technical side of the purchase, reports eonline.com.
The 4,900 sq ft mansion features five bedrooms, a home theatre, massive kitchen (with the celeb mansion-requisite marbled centre island), pool and outdoor grilling station.
Kylie's house is located a block away from her step-sisters Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian's houses.
Meanwhile, its also reported that her rumoured boyfriend Tyga is also moving into the mansion.
“Tyga has his own pad -- there's no need for him to move into Kylie's place full-time -- but he will be there a lot. He has his own key. It's more of a protection and safety thing, actually,” the source said.
“Kylie's never really lived on her own before and this house, which he helped her pick out when she was house hunting, is crazy big. He doesn't want her to be in that house alone all by herself and neither does she," the source added.
