Lady Gaga Very Healthy, Says Trainer

  • Lady Gaga Very Healthy, Says Trainer
Lady Gaga's personal trainer Harley Pasternak says the singer is "very healthy" and insists she is "someone who is always fit".

"I think she loves her body. Historically she's someone who is always fit, but she's not someone who really ever let herself go," pagesix.com quoted the 40-year-old celebrity trainer as saying.

Pasternak also claims the "Born this way" hitmaker isn't stressed about losing weight ahead of her upcoming wedding to fiance Taylor Kinney, who she got engaged to in February after four years of dating.

He said: "When she's mentally focusing on something creative, there's nothing she can't do. She's someone who likes to eat well and she loves her healthy versions of Italian food, her salads and her Japanese food -- she's a very healthy person."
