    Actress Meg Ryan, 53, looked different with remarkably changed features as she made first appearance in 14 months here.
     
    She turned heads as she attended an event here on Tuesday night, marking her first public appearance in 14 months, reports mirror.co.uk.
     
    The actress revealed an incredibly taut face, remarkably different shape nose and a strained appearance around her eyes.
     
    She looked a far cry from the bubbly blonde she has been known to be.
