One Direction stop using iCloud for fear of hackers

Darpan News Desk IANS, 18 Nov, 2014 12:18 PM
  • One Direction stop using iCloud for fear of hackers
Members of English pop band One Direction say that they have stopped using iCloud since the celebrity hacking scandal due to fear of pictures of them being leaked.

The band consists of members Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne.

“The positives far outweigh the negatives. You've got your toes in now ... I'm just not going to be using iCloud again,” Tomlinson said speaking about the web's impact on fame, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

Horan added: "I am shutting it down now."

Although they have taken down their pictures from iCloud, Malik says that the band don't have much to hide as they are constantly photographed in their private time.

“I think we have protected ourselves a little bit because we're not bothered about falling over or whatever. If you were to see us falling over in the street would it even be that big news?

“People have seen us do a hundred times worse things. I'm not bothered about falling over or doing something stupid,” Malik told Metro newspaper.
