Radcliffe is fairly romantic

Darpan News Desk IANS, 14 Aug, 2014 07:20 AM
"Harry Potter" star Daniel Radcliffe believes his role in "What If" is similar to his off-screen self, especially when it comes to being a "romantic" at heart.

The 25-year-old actor, who is dating actress Erin Darke in real life, spoke about it at the British premiere of the new romantic comedy here, reports contactmusic.com.

"I am fairly romantic, at least as my character is in the film. I've surprised people with trips to New York before and such things. But sometimes it backfires on me," Radcliffe said.

He plays Wallace, a medical school drop-out who falls in love with his closest friend, played by Zoe Kazan, in the film.
