    Actress Reese Witherspoon celebrated a happy 39th birthday, it seems from a photographs that she shared on her social media page.
     
    Witherspoon turned a year older on Sunday, and received best wishes from some of her celebrity friends. 
     
    She took to her Instagram page to share a photograph in which she is seen sporting a huge smile while being presented with a birthday cake, reports aceshowbiz.com.
     
    The image is captioned: "Thank you everyone for all the kind & lovely birthday wishes. (and yes, there is a mariachi band behind me...)”
     
    Her celebrity friends, including Ellen DeGeneres and Sofia Vergara, wished her.
     
    Talk show host DeGeneres tweeted: "Happy bday, @RWitherspoon! hope you celebrate with people you love, not alone in the desert w/ no water & a fox."
     
    Vargera wrote: "Happy Happy bday to this pretty little girl!!!"
