Ryan Reynolds Grants Young Fan's Wish To Meet Deadpool

Darpan News Desk, 23 May, 2015 12:28 PM
Actor Ryan Reynolds granted a young fan's wish to meet superhero character Deadpool.

Wearing his superhero costume, the actor met cancer patient Tony Acevedo through Make-A-Wish Foundation, reports aceshowbiz.com.

"Tony Acevedo asked Make-A-Wish Foundation if he could meet Deadpool. I wasn't expecting him to sneak the mask, put on the gloves, smile... and then beat Deadpool about the face, arms and jugular with blazing speed," Reynolds wrote on Instagram.

The actor added: "Tony's next fight is with Hodgkin's Disease. Hodgkin's Disease best be wearing its brown pants. Huge thanks to @makeawishamerica."

Reynolds is currently filming "Deadpool" in his hometown here. The film is set for a February 12, 2016 release.
