Ryan Reynolds 'Okay' After Hit-and-run At Parking Lot

Darpan News Desk IANS, 13 Apr, 2015 12:41 PM
Actor Ryan Reynolds became a victim of a hit-and-run in a parking lot at the Shangri-La Hotel here, but he is "okay".

"It was a hit and run in the parking lot apparently, but there were no injuries," said Vancouver police Constable Brian Montague, reports aceshowbiz.com.

Police are investigating the incident and will ask Reynolds whether he wants to proceed with any charges since he was not injured. According to Montague, police have an "idea" of who was driving.

The driver of the car that hit the actor was allegedly a paparazzi, but the police did not state whether the driver had been identified or located.

"While walking, Ryan was struck by a paparazzi driving a car through an underground parking garage. The man fled the scene. Ryan is okay," Reynolds' publicist Leslie Sloane said in a statement.
