  • Taylor Swift turns nerdy for TV show
Pop star Taylor Swift shed her glamorous avatar for a new promo for her upcoming "Ew!" skit on "The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon".

The 24-year-old teased her upcoming appearance by channeling a character named Natalie, reports usmagazine.com.

In contrast to Swift's stylish flower patterned dresses and signature red lip, Natalie wears reading glasses and braces.

"Hey Sara, it's Natalie. Remember me? Our moms were best friends in college," Natalie says in the clip, addressing Fallon's character.

"I'm really excited because my mom said we are going to come visit you and your mom and your dad. I heard that you have that television show called Ew! Maybe I can be on it."
