Nothing beats some good ol' fashioned comfort food in the dead of winter. Mamie's Low Country Pig Roast is a Southern-inspired, three-course long-table dinner. Start off with some delicious starters that help bring the South to life here in Vancouver. For the main course, Chef Jonas Hamre will carve and serve whole roasted suckling pig, along with house-made Baton Rouge hot sauce, Augusta-style BBQ pit beans, Mississippi-braised greens and freshly baked buttermilk biscuits.
