Inner-engineering completion workshop

Vancouver Convention Centre27 May '17 to 28 May '17 @ 12:00 AM - 12:00 AM
  • Inner-engineering completion workshop
If the highly successful individuals and students of the Isha Foundation’s Inner Engineering program are any indication, true happiness can be found outside of career and academic achievement.

Organizational transformation business consultant David Tunnah is one of those individuals who maintains what he has learned through the program, that is taught by internationally acclaimed yogi and spiritual leader Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, has brought him immense joy and peace he might not have otherwise known. Before taking the program, he says fear and anxiety were plaguing him daily, causing him health issues and challenges at work.

“Since taking Inner Engineering, I have seen remarkable differences in my health and well-being,” he says. “After receiving the meditation practice, I practiced twice daily for 80 days and then once a day since then. My anxiety subsided, I started feeling less fearful and for the first time in as long as I can remember, felt genuinely joyful.”

Classified as one of the world’s most respected and contemporary gurus, Vasudev, a New York Times bestselling author, an advisor to the United Nations and one of India’s 50 most influential people, has offered the program to thousands around the world, who have reported feeling many positive results from the experience.

To attend the completion program and life-changing experience that will be offered at the Vancouver Convention Centre May 27 and 28, participants must first prepare themselves for it by taking the foundation’s online course that walks them through the program’s core elements which includes the Shambavi Mahamudra Kriya, a 21-minute yoga practice. The foundation defines inner engineering as “an opportunity to engineer an inner transformation that deepens your perception, bringing about a dimensional shift in the very way you look at your life, your work, and the world that you inhabit. It is offered as an intensive program for personal growth and establishes the possibility of exploring the higher dimensions of life, in addition to optimizing health and success.”
