The Harmony Arts Festival celebrates the rebirth of cocktail culture at Mixology Night on the Pier along the stunning West Vancouver Waterfront.
 
Eight of the Lower Mainland’s best bartenders will compete in creating unique designer cocktails for guests to enjoy. Guests are invited to vote on the winning bartender.
 
Enjoy a wonderful summer evening on Ambleside Pier, enjoying innovative drinks and food catered by Cocktails and Canapes, Memphis Blues and Mamie Taylors.
 
Last year’s winner was Fir Trade, a mix of 86 co. Ford’s Dry Gin, cherry shrub, Fino sherry, peach bitters and ginger beer created by Jayton Paul of Nightingale Restaurant.
