The 3E Organization has embarked upon empowering women in many ways. The first way we thought is to take care of oneself. So the afternoon of July 15, 2018 from 12:00pm join them and to indulge in self-care and empower fellow ladies in doing the same.
The event hopes to have a fantastic afternoon lined up with some fantastic wellness presentations, zumba session, yoga session and then to be able to take part in being able to use the Spa/Sauna. Guests are invited to join 3E’s first women's event that will leave you pampered and wanting more. "Health does not always come from medicine. Dress Code: Comfortable/Casual with spa change
Please note: Do bring your own yoga mats, towels, one to sit on or wear and one for your shower after using the saunas. Some guests choose to wear a towel, a bathing suit or their undergarments in the saunas. You will also need to bring with you a pair of sandals or flip-flops. We will have lots of water available, so you can stay hydrated. You may bring with you a robe or you can rent one for a fee in the event if forget to bring yours. There are lockers available to store your valuables while using the SPA/SAUNA.
