In 2019, Stronger Together Vancouver founded Workout for Women’s Day as a way to bring together our incredible fitness community in support of girls and women in the Lower Mainland. Studios and trainers throughout the city joined and close to $7,000 was raised on International Women’s Day for last year’s chosen charities: Big Sisters of BC Lower Mainland, Cause We Care, and Dress for Success Vancouver. We aim to grow its impact this year.

This year, will be a week long Workout for Women’s Day campaign, March 1-7, 2020 with a wide range of by-donation classes being offered at studios across the city. The campaign will wrap up with a final workout hosted by the founders of Stronger Together Vancouver, complete with a DJ, post-workout snacks, and door prizes as a celebration to announce funds raised and thank all those who participated throughout the week.
