California Wine Fair

Vancouver Convention Centre24 Apr '17 @ 7:00 PM - 9:30 PM
  • California Wine Fair
The California Wine Fair continues to get bigger and better! This year’s event brings more than 400 premium wines from 115 of California’s top producers to the Arts Club’s much-anticipated annual fundraiser.

Each year, guests of the California Wine Fair enjoy all-access to wide array of wines and the opportunity to bid on exclusive silent auction packages, all in support of the Arts Club. It’s a fun way to explore a variety of wines and seek out new favourites while socializing with friends in a casual setting.

In addition to savouring California’s most beloved varieties – Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Zinfandel – guests can play with their palates and sample the stylistic differences from Alexander Valley, Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma Coast, Monterey County, and many more. With California producing nearly 90% of US wines, this is a great way to sample the best from our neighbours in the south!

Over the last 50 years, the Arts Club has played a strong role in sustaining live theatre in the community, thanks in part to fundraising events like the California Wine Fair. All proceeds from event ticket sales and auction packages go toward the development of new Canadian plays and staging world-class theatre created by Vancouver artists.
