Beetroot Chutney by Manju Malhi

Ingredients
♦ 4 cooked beetroots, roughly chopped
♦ 1 green chilli, roughly chopped
♦ 2 tomatoes, roughly chopped
♦ 1 onion, roughly chopped
♦ A pinch of salt
 
Method
1 .Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend till grainy or the consistency of basil pesto.
 
2. Serve as a side relish or dip, which can be mixed with natural yogurt.
