A believer in the “swasth raho-mast raho” philosophy, Ritu Khemka is a true proponent of healthy living and healthy eating. A simple desire to document her recipes to pass them on to her daughters as her legacy, blossomed into a passion and a popular food blog.
She mostly works with healthy recipes but also believes that occasionally, everybody has a right to cheat and indulge their taste buds in eating good old traditional food.

The appeal of her recipes lies in the creative blend of exciting flavours that appeal to every palate.
If you are adding eggs, whisk them in a glass measuring cup. After the lentils are cooked, slowly pour the eggs into the simmering lentils while slowly stirring with a wooden spoon.
Serve the salad immediately, making sure to include some of the juices that have accumulated in the bowl with each serving.
