As the Chief Operating Offer of Allure Ventures Inc., Kuldeep Singh Chohan is a well-experienced senior principle and owner. He brings with himself 30+ years of experience in construction and construction management. Currently leading a team of hundreds of builders, he has a long history as a builder himself. As a new immigrant to Canada, Chohan quickly recognised the value in real estate investment and the construction industry as a demanding, but potentially lucrative means for building family assets. Since then, he has worked diligently and opportunistically to leverage his investments in the market.


Alongside being extremely well-respected in the industry, he is also very much tied to the community and is an active giver to local temples. He leads impressive temple improvement projects designed to enhance the experience of worshipers and guests. Undoubtedly, Chohan has a focus on community and family.

The company’s first real estate development project is The Grand on King George. The design is for a 46-story mixed-use residential high-rise tower, joined to a five-story mid-rise commercial office building. It is a land assembly of several parcels. The Grand is fully sold out and has achieved some of the highest square foot prices seen in Surrey. Allure will be announcing several more epic high rise tower projects to begin in 2022, with almost 2,000 more residential units to be on offer.

1. Tell us about yourself and your journey into real estate.

I have spent my entire professional career in the construction industry. Allure represents the family’s latest endeavor in the field of construction. Allure supports end-to-end land ownership, planning, construction, and sales and dispositions of resident, commercial and mixed-use towers.

4. What is your advice for someone venturing into real estate?

5. What is your mantra for success?

6. What are your hobbies?

I am very much focused on family and community, trying to give back as much as I can.

7. In your opinion, what is driving the price jumps in the Lower Mainland?

With mountains, seas, and an abundance of natural beauty, British Columbia is a picturesque paradise. Add to that governments that support people, a strong social fabric, and string community activism – we live in the best place in the world! With so many people always wanting to make British Columbia home, it is of no surprise that the price keeps increasing even in the face of the pandemic or economic pressures. Moreover, the construction industry in British Columbia has managed to design residences in line with the expectations of buyers. The West Coast style, even as it evolves, is always in demand.
