At 94, This Man Is Trying To Get Mangaluru's Traffic In Order

October 1 was observed as World Elders Day - but for some, age is clearly just a number - and no reason to take the foot off the accelerator and apply the brakes. Meet Joe Gonsalves, a spry 94-year-old - and he plans to get the traffic of Mangaluru into some kind of order. 

 

He has volunteered to work with the traffic police in his home town to set up a Traffic Warden Squad.
