The fifth product in BMW’s electrified sub-brand, the BMW i4, gets an update after originally being introduced for the 2022 model year. The refresh brings subtle but meaningful exterior design changes and an elevated cabin.
New car prices continue to rise for the latest high-performance sports cars. Even a new Chevrolet Corvette, long considered a performance bargain compared to the likes of the Porsche 911, has a starting price of almost $70,000. But that doesn’t mean driving enthusiasts on a budget can’t find a car that’s both fulfilling to drive and genuinely capable.
Just because an SUV is small and inexpensive doesn’t mean it has to be as bland as plain oatmeal for breakfast. The 2025 Buick Envista and 2025 Nissan Kicks are two great examples. They look good, have surprisingly big interiors, and boast prices in the $20,000s regardless of trim level. That’s largely where the similarities stop, though.
Just about every premium brand sells at least one luxury electric vehicle, and some offer several choices. But new luxury EVs are expensive, and many have prices starting around six figures. If that’s beyond your budget, consider buying a used model. You could save tens of thousands of dollars versus buying new.
