Amitabh Bachchan Sells His Rolls Royce Phantom

Darpan News Desk IANS, 06 Mar, 2019 10:30 PM

After megastar Amitabh Bachchan’s stellar performance in the film ‘Eklavya: The Royal Guard’, director Vidhu Vinod Chopra had gifted Big B the Rolls Royce Phantom.

Reports suggest that Senior Bachchan has sold the Rolls Royce.

The two worked together back in 2007. The filmmaker was so impressed by Big B that he ended up gifting him the luxurious car. However, Amitabh has now sold the car to a Mysore-based businessman.

The price at which the car was sold hasn’t been disclosed. At the time of purchase the car was worth Rs 3.5 crore.

Big B has been repeatedly seen driving the vehicle. There is no denying that Amitabh loves high-end cars. He owns a Mercedez S-Class, a Range Rover, a Bentley GT and a Lexus SUV.

On the work front, Amitabh will next be seen in Sujoy Ghosh's upcoming thriller 'Badla'. The film is the remake of the 2016 Spanish thriller ‘Contratiempo’.

Amitabh will be sharing the screen space with Tapsee Pannu.

Amitabh plays a lawyer, who Tapsee hires as she has been accused of murder, but she insists that she is innocent.
