Ayushmann Khurrana to perform at IIFA 2023 Yas Island awards spectacle

Mumbai, May 10 (IANS) Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana, who was most recently seen in 'An Action Hero', is set to perform at the IIFA Awards this year in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.
The International Indian Film Academy Awards, popularly known as IIFA, is returning for its 23rd edition on May 26 and 27 and will see the who's who of Bollywood in attendance with deserving artistes being honoured for their work in Hindi cinema for last year.
IIFA is the world's biggest celebration of Indian cinema and it is set to bring together the very best in music and entertainment under one roof.
For its 22nd edition, the Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani-starrer 'Shershaah' was conferred with the honour of Best Film with the event hosted by Salman Khan, Riteish Deshmukh and Maniesh Paul.
The 43-year-old actress took to Instagram, where she shared a motley of pictures from her pregnancy shoot. Bipasha met Karan on the sets of "Alone" in 2015. The two got married in 2016. The actress was earlier dating actor John Abraham.
The festival, which kicked off on Friday (August 12), will conclude on August 20. Commenting on the occasion, Abhishek Bachchan, who is "absolutely loving" being in the moment in Melbourne, is excited to watch the screening of his 'Manmarziyaan' co-star Taapsee Pannu's upcoming film 'Dobaaraa'.
In such instances where you have films of two top stars, or two renowned makers, releasing on the same day, sometimes both films work and otherwise, one does better than the other. It is the moviegoer who decides finally, not missing the film that interests him more.
Meanwhile, the actress is busy shooting for Rohit Shetty's cop-based web show 'Indian Police Force' which also stars Sidharth Malhotra, Vivek Oberoi and Isha Talwar. She keeps sharing BTS moments on her social media handle.
Karan spoke about how 'anti-social' Aamir is and how he is often awkward at parties. He even shared that the actor goes to a corner and would speak to just one or two people. The filmmaker went on to call Aamir a 'party pooper' too. Aamir denied the funny accusation and roasted Karan over his 50th birthday bash and the trio broke into a laughter post that.
