Ayushmann Khurrana to perform at IIFA 2023 Yas Island awards spectacle

Mumbai, May 10 (IANS) Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana, who was most recently seen in 'An Action Hero', is set to perform at the IIFA Awards this year in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.
The International Indian Film Academy Awards, popularly known as IIFA, is returning for its 23rd edition on May 26 and 27 and will see the who's who of Bollywood in attendance with deserving artistes being honoured for their work in Hindi cinema for last year.
IIFA is the world's biggest celebration of Indian cinema and it is set to bring together the very best in music and entertainment under one roof.
For its 22nd edition, the Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani-starrer 'Shershaah' was conferred with the honour of Best Film with the event hosted by Salman Khan, Riteish Deshmukh and Maniesh Paul.
The eight-episode second season will premiere on August 10 on the OTT platform Netflix, reports 'ariety'. The new season will have hour-long episodes during the course of which Taparia will work with millennials around the globe to search for their perfect match. Taparia will once again draw from her decades of experience and traditional methods, to help lucky singles find the one.
Former beauty queen and actress Manushi Chillar is on a signing spree after her debut with 'Samrat Prithviraj'. She will be seen sharing screen space with actor Vicky Kaushal in the upcoming film 'The Great Indian Family' and has also signed the dotted lines for her third film. Based on Dutch drama series Penoza, the crime thriller revolves around Aarya (Sushmita), who joins a mafia gang and turns into a don to take revenge for her husband's murder. The show's lead actor said: "It is a new dawn for Aarya Sareen, and she is fierce. In Season 3, she is going places and starting her own story free from the obstacles of her past."
