Couples In 'Nach Baliye 7' Are Authentic: Marzi Pestonji

Darpan News Desk IANS, 16 Apr, 2015 04:38 PM
  • Couples In 'Nach Baliye 7' Are Authentic: Marzi Pestonji
Often, unmarried couples on "Nach Baliye" are rumoured to be teaming up just for the dance reality show, but choreographer Marzi Pestonji, one of the judges of the seventh season, says all participating couples are "authentic".

The upcoming show will see couples like Upen Patel and Karishma Tanna, Neha Saxena and Shakti Arora, Rashmi Desai and Nandish Sandhu, and Amruta Khanvilkar and Himanshoo Malhotra. The choreographer says they are not fake.

"We’ve always heard that they (contestants) pair up for the sake of the show and after the show gets over they go their own way. No... We have seen that they are all authentic couples,” Pestonji told IANS.

“I don’t like to do anything fake. Some are married, some engaged and some are going out. Maybe they’ve been dating just for three months, but it’s not like they started dating only last week because the show is coming up. It’s a genuine show,” he added.

He will co-judge the show with actress Preity Zinta and author Chetan Bhagat.
