Himesh Reshammiya Loses Weight For 'Heeriye'

    Bollywood musician and actor Himesh Reshammiya, who is "excited" about his upcoming love story "Heeriye", will be seen showing off a slim and trim look in the film.
     
    Directed by debutant Vishal Mishra, the film is a social, romantic and sensitive drama set in Kanpur.
     
    "Himesh has not only lost the weight but has gone in the skin of character in every way possible...it will be a surprise package for audience," Mishra said in a statement. 
     
    "He (Himesh) has immense faith in me and that makes me feel even more responsible towards delivering a quality film," he added.
     
    For Himesh, it is an "absolutely fulfilling experience" to associate with Essel Vision and Zee on the film. 
     
    "I'm very excited about the script of 'Heeriye'. It is a beautiful content-driven love story which not only provides ample scope for melodious music but also showcases a relevant story which requires to be told," he said.
     
    Produced by Essel Vision Productions Limited and HR Musik, 'Heeriye’ is all set to go on floors in winter this year.
