Actor Irrfan Khan has officially joined social networking website Facebook to stay connected with his fans and well-wishers to update them about his life and projects.
 
The 48-year-old actor took to his micro-blogging website Twitter to confirm the news.
 
“Surprise Surprise!! Come be a part of my life and journey here facebook.com/IrrfanKhan #FinallyOnFacebook!!,” the “Life of Pi” actor tweeted.
 
Irrfan's first post was shared on March 24 in which the "Lunchbox" actor wrote about his upcoming film “Piku” and also shared a poster of the film.
 
The film also features megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who plays the father of the character essayed by actress Deepika Padukone in Shoojit Sircar's directorial, and is slated to release on May 8.
