Is Kapil Sharma Taking A Pay Cut To Keep His Show On Air?

  • Is Kapil Sharma Taking A Pay Cut To Keep His Show On Air?
The Kapil Sharma Show has not improved much, despite the team trying their level best to revive the show to what it originally was.

Post the infamous brawl with Sunil Grover and Ali Asgar, the ace comedian has not seen the success that he always was synonymous to. Somewhere, he needs to realise that he isn't a one-man army after all.

While rumours of Sony replacing his show with Salman Khan's Dus Ka Dum is abuzz, we have something even more interesting. He has apparently taken a pay cut for his show now.

Kapil was about to sign a Rs 110 crore deal with Sony for his show? Now, the makers have made other plans. And Kapil has taken a huge pay cut.

Says a source, "There is no other way Kapil can keep up with his show. The film offers he has in hand won't get him the money he's making from his comedy show. So he had to agree. It wasn't a yes or no, it had to be yes."
