Katrina is a bundle of energy: Taaha Shah

  • Katrina is a bundle of energy: Taaha Shah
Actor Taaha Shah is all praise for his "Baar Baar Dekho" co-star Katrina Kaif.

"Katrina is a bundle of energy to work with. She treats each scene with such ease and makes her co-actors comfortable. As a dancer, I think Katrina is one of the best. I remember when we rehearsed for the 'Nachde ne saare' song, she made sure she understood and executed each step to a tee," Taaha told IANS.

The romantic-drama film, directed by debutant director Nitya Mehra, features Sidharth Malhotra and Katrina in the lead. It is set to release on September 9.

Talking more about his role in the film, he said: "I play Sidharth Malhotra's younger brother, who is the life of the family. In the movie, my character, Tarun, changes over time and assumes different traits, for which I had to work hard and learn a few things.

"Apart from Sidharth, the movie gave me an opportunity to work with actors like Sarika and Katrina Kaif, who play my on-screen mother and sister-in-law respectively."

He also said that he shares a brotherly bond with Sidhart.

Taaha said: "Sidharth and I had a great time working together. Being the younger brother in my own family, I could closely relate to the character. We shared great relation during the 'Baar Baar Dekho' shoot, which translated beautifully on screen.

"We are both fitness freaks and we tried some real fun workouts like rope climbing, and body weight training."

Taaha will be next seen in Anupam Kher's production "Gunday Aur Gudiya".
